VBrick’s IP TVGateway Appliance

IP TVGateway

Ubiquitous TV Distribution over IP
VBrick makes it cost effective to bring high definition TV to any screen that has access to your data network – wired or wireless.  Deliver educational programming, news, financial news or any other TV channel across a LAN or WAN.  Use satellite, cable or digital terrestrial as a source.  Play content on PCs, TVs, MACs, or flat screens – even integrate into Microsoft Lync clients or digital signage.
The VBrick IP TVGateway can use DVB-T/T2 and DVB-S/S2 broadcasts as a source.  Modular and scalable, it can be used to easily stream hundreds of live television channels over your LAN and WAN; 1, 3 and 10 slot chassis options available.

Control Access -- Record, Store & Manage for On-Demand Playback
IP TVGateway is fully integrated into VBrick’s Enterprise Media System software suite -- VEMS MystroTM.  The combined solution delivers:

  • Per user access control – use LDAP or Active Directory to seamlessly authenticate users and control who sees what content
  • An intuitive program guide -- users can quickly find and select content
  • Schedule, record, store & manage – Easily schedule a program for recording, store it and schedule rebroadcast or make available for on-demand access.  An ideal solution for recording and viewing educational programming that is broadcast after school hours.
